We were given a car with a damaged tyre. Photos from pickup show it already deflated. We later had to change it due to a screw, yet were charged $500 for one Toyota Aqua tyre, which is unreasonable.

The Corolla had a unsafe brake server Shudder through vehicle and steering column on braking reverting to the road worthiness reported the problem to EZU Rentals I was told car not their car ?? .

Wipers were old and did not do their job Tyres were close to slicks, maybe 1mm profile left Engine light came up Overall condition was bad Lady who gave us the car was totally uninterested

Worst experience regarding the service this company provides, very unhelpful staff. They keep the blame to customers and give the wrong information to council and makes customers life difficult. Poor

The vehicle was a bit older but worked well and was comfortable to drive. Very efficient pick up and drop off at Queenstown.

It was older & more damaged than expected. The interior was not cleaned and had lots of food rubbish in the back pockets of the front seats & a very grubby dashboard.

Car wasnt in great condition and had mechanical issues. Brakes not great. Shock absorbers shot. Front struts and Suspension not in good condition.

The pick up and drop off was good. Car below expectations. It had 240,000 kms, scratches all over it, light covers perishing & tyres required air. Windscreen 2 minor chips. Not good enough.

Disappointed with the service and vehicle. We paid extra for insurance, there was an additional $1,000.00 bond.The vehicle was an older model, had a chip in the windscreen, was scratched and dirty.

There was so much wrong you don’t provide enough character space for me to fully provide details Poor car, poor customer service. You Christchurch office the worst.

The car was old & many kilometers and broke down on me 2x & a check engine light coming on throughout. I returned it 4 days early and they still charged me the full amount. I even paid full insurance

Could have upgraded me with a better car we drive swift in India as well.

The car seemed to be old with a high mileage and I didn’t feel completely safe driving across the whole island with it. The backseats were dirty. The price was fair though and the staff very friendly.

The car was not roadworthy and was 17 years old. Additionally my $1,00.00 deposit has yet to be refunded, depite handing the car over almost 2 weeks ago.

Software was not in the English language, we were unable to change it.

您好，租车期间发现如下问题：1，下雨时雨刮器严重刮不干净，反复喷水也无效，不知道是橡胶条老化还是雨刮器长久未用原因，只能龟速行进，有严重安全隐患。2，驾驶舱倒车雷达画面质量差，尤其是没有物体接近报警声音和画面报警，这也是导致我倒车时造成左后轮后侧轻微擦伤的原因。以上内容已在车损报告中简单写过。希望贵司能够改进以上问题，或在交车时提醒顾客。希望下次还能接受贵司的服务，祝贵司的业务蒸蒸日上。谢谢。
