The car seemed to be old with a high mileage and I didn’t feel completely safe driving across the whole island with it. The backseats were dirty. The price was fair though and the staff very friendly.

The car was not roadworthy and was 17 years old. Additionally my $1,00.00 deposit has yet to be refunded, depite handing the car over almost 2 weeks ago.

Software was not in the English language, we were unable to change it.

您好，租车期间发现如下问题：1，下雨时雨刮器严重刮不干净，反复喷水也无效，不知道是橡胶条老化还是雨刮器长久未用原因，只能龟速行进，有严重安全隐患。2，驾驶舱倒车雷达画面质量差，尤其是没有物体接近报警声音和画面报警，这也是导致我倒车时造成左后轮后侧轻微擦伤的原因。以上内容已在车损报告中简单写过。希望贵司能够改进以上问题，或在交车时提醒顾客。希望下次还能接受贵司的服务，祝贵司的业务蒸蒸日上。谢谢。

Not a satisfactory rental. very old and not clean car with lots of scratches on it we couldn’t get the front window clean needs new rubber wiper no iPhone12 usb for GPS. rubbish in car from before

A very old car. ran well, but tyres worn and windscreen wipers needing replacement making it riskier to drive in the wet.

Absolutely disgusted. Paid for after hours pick up and have been left stranded at the airport none of the contact numbers are answering I’ve called too many times. So many bad reviews I’ve just seen

Terrible customer service - I wrote a long review it seems it doesn’t allow more than 200 characters to have had to delete it but very poor service

Was not properly advised of Insurance and charged $1500 and told to discuss with third party

Flt was delayed, I contacted office to say i would pick up the next day. The office did not tell me I needed to contact Third Party Asked if I could ext my rental for a few days, told no, no help

Car had done 280000kms and vey tired. Brakes were pulsating on downhill roads shaking whole car...not very safe. Overall condition of car was average.

Customer Service and pick up/drop off process was good. Disappointed to realise half way through my trip that the vehicle C.O.F had expired prior to my hire start date.

Dont waste your time getting a rental from ezu, Daisy the branch manager is only quick when taking payment but acts dumb when asking for documents when doing a claim for your insurance.

We were charged a late collection fee as our plane arrived later than expected. It was explained but not really appreciated.

Neg 5 star. Wrong car that we booked. Not clean.Hade to put brake fluid in it. Big glass chips on drivers side. No managers available to discuss things. They dont really care, just want your money.

Disappointed I collected the car to discover I had to pay $1000 bond even though I paid for full protection cover. The back windscreen difficult to see out of. It took 24 days to get my $1000 back.
